Re: Breakfast from HELL. As a female, I have a mere 2200 calories alotted per day. A 1000 calorie breakfast is ridiculous.

Re: Breakfast from HELL. I imagine that pancakes would be pretty much dough, barely cooked, so it'd get clogged in your throat like nasty phlegm. Also the sausage links act as plungers so that dough (more like cement) would go to your stomach and you'd "digest" it and die. Nothing else matters because you'd already be too dead to eat it.

Re: Breakfast from HELL. I'm on a diet now, kind of. I made the mistake of buying a scale, and I am fine with my weight, but...my girlfriend and mom used it...and well, now all the DELICIOUS FOODS in the apartment are gone.
You know they make 100% wheat bagels? What the dog-ass
I am eating healthier and cut soda down big time (No more two liters a day, oh god it was hard), but it's not that bad.
Also, no more cheese steaks, there is no fucking god

Re: Breakfast from HELL. Slowly, my body is adapting to the strange and weird food stuff's. Plus I had a cheesesteak for dinner since my girlfriend wasn't around, I ATE IT GOOD. Also, I want to clarify that all wheat bagels are delicious, especially with strawberry jam  Anyway one else on a diet/cutting back on something?
